We are currently looking for an employee IT Support Service Operations (m/f/x) to further expand our IT at the location in Haren. You‘re a person with your individual profile, qualifications, talents and wishes. But we are not like any other company. Your responsibilities
- Classification and forwarding of first level support requests
- Hardware maintenance
- Onsite support activities
- Management of mobile feature contracts and mobile devices
- Management of mobile function devices, maintenance contracts, consumables and technician deployments
- Support for inventories and maintenance of hardware databases
Your skills
- Completed training as an IT specialist or similar qualifications
- First professional experience in the field of customer service / helpdesk / support
- Basic IT knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS Dynamics or another ERP system desirable
- Problem solving skills and a strong understanding of teamwork
- Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
- MS Office knowledge
