Customer Service

The ELA Customer Service department is the point of contact for technical information, electrical, plumbing and air conditioning issues, and complaints. This is where service orders are gathered and distributed among engineers who work for our customers across Europe.


The Customer Service team’s responsibilities include receiving customer complaints and orders, developing customer-focused solutions, organising delivery of (replacement) materials and planning engineer deployment.

This is where technical all-rounders are needed. If you have great organisation skills and are able to stay on top of things and keep a cool head, ELA’s Customer Service department is the right place for you.
