The Personnel department at ELA handles strategic recruitment while also ensuring the well-being and development of applicants and employees at ELA over the long term. The team’s approach is focused on CVs, not job descriptions, so anyone who is a good fit with ELA can find the right role to suit them.


The Personnel department has a broad area of responsibilities: recruitment, controlling, management, development and marketing. There is a separate contact for each division. Here, employees aren’t just variable numbers. They’re individuals with faces and stories.
