In a time of digital transformation, strategic implementation of digital aspects is crucial for a successful, growing business. Within the Digital Transformation department, projects aimed at digitising our product, internal and external processes and business model are launched across locations and departments. The stated aim is to transform ELA into a digital ecosystem where projects are handled with a holistic and sustainable approach.
Responsibilities
Digital Transformation team members need to keep their eyes and ears open at all times to identify interfaces and workflows that need to be improved. A digital solution is then developed and implemented in a dialogue with the areas of work involved. In this process, the team provides project support or management by setting up project groups, coordinating projects, developing solutions and communicating with external providers.
