Responsibilities

ELA Container has introduced a quality management system in line with DIN ISO 9001. This makes it possible to detect potential errors, analyse their causes and take suitable corrective measures to prevent them from occurring. The QM officer and their team handle tasks such as internal audits, customer satisfaction analysis, data analysis, training management, measuring and monitoring of products and processes, error control and relevant corrective and preventive measures.
