Responsibilities
The Process Organisation department analyses, visualises and defines ELA’s business processes. The analysis and definition of processes result in projects helping reshape the business through change management.
Processes and projects flow into a highly efficient ERP system that allows ELA to produce its quality containers that are made in Germany more quickly and efficiently for added customer satisfaction.
