Material Planner in Procurement department (m/f/x)

We are currently looking for an Material Planner (m/f/x) to strengthen our purchasing team. You are a person with your own personal profile of qualifications, talents and wishes. Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring a smooth supply of materials for selected product groups
  • Determining requirements on the basis of predefined planning figures
  • Analysis, planning and monitoring of stocks according to optimal availability
  • Creation and processing of purchase orders and monitoring of order processes as well as delivery dates
  • Coordination between suppliers, production and order coordination in case of demand requirements and delivery disruptions
  • Participation in the optimisation of planning processes

Your skills

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), business administration degree or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in the area of materials planning, supply chain or purchasing desirable
  • Technical understanding and interest in optimising processes and production flows
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV desirable
  • Good MS Office user skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
