Your responsibilities
- Supervision of the fixed assets of several ELA companies
- Posting of financial and tangible assets as well as depreciation and special items
- Reconciliation of depreciation and execution of depreciation runs
- Maintenance and creation of master data, taking into account the respective valid valuation regulations
- Preparation of the fixed-asset movement schedule
- Carrying out investment calculations
- Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Reporting on fixed assets, ad-hoc evaluations
- Ensuring and organising inventories of fixed assets
Your skills
- Successfully completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk with further training as a balance sheet accountant, business economist, financial accountant or similar
- Alternatively, a degree in economics with a focus on finance, taxation or auditing
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting and sound knowledge of asset accounting would be ideal
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV desirable
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365
- Good written and spoken English
