You are at the beginning of your professional life with your knowledge, talents and wishes. At ELA, you will receive varied apprenticeship in which it is important to us that you get to know different areas, because we want to develop you and your strengths. Are you interested? Your apprenticeship at ELA
As a professional driver, you are mainly involved in freight transport by truck. You spend a lot of time behind the wheel and know the road traffic regulations at home and abroad. Before setting off, you carry out a takeover and departure check on the vehicle. You check, for example, the wheels, the engine and the functionality of the brake system. You ensure that the weight of the load is evenly distributed and check the documents to be carried as well as the vehicle signs that may be required depending on the freight.

What you can expect from us

- We organise an extensive induction programme for you so that you get to know the entire company, all your colleagues and our products.
- Our more than 30 trainees and dual students who are already employed will make it easier for you to start your professional life and are always available to answer any questions you may have. Your mentor will accompany you, especially during the first weeks of your apprenticeship.

- To keep you healthy and fit, we regularly offer you various health activities and massage appointments.
