To make the right decisions, ELA’s company management always need the latest facts and figures at their fingertips. Controlling takes care of this: a job for analytical minds who grasp processes quickly but like to work independently and plan for the future.

Responsibilities

Working in close collaboration with company management, the Controlling team is in charge of planning, managing and monitoring company targets. Budgeting plays a particularly key role. The Controlling team advises management in defining and measuring goals, keeps department heads informed with the latest figures and helps define and optimise workflows. In doing so, staff don’t just examine the situation as it stands. They also develop and calculate scenarios for the financial years to come.
