The integrated degree program is intended for applicants, who are looking to establish close links with their future field of work while undertaking their studies at university. It is also an attractive option for all those, who are eager to learn manual skills as early as possible. The prerequisite for an integrated degree program is an entrance qualification for general higher education or for university entrance.
Integrated degree programs combine theory and work experience at a company, ensuring long-term security for participants.
We provide the following study courses:
- Business Administration (Bachelor of Arts)
- Business Information Technology (Bachelor of Science)
- Business Administration and Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering)
You are able to alternate your focus at regular intervals, with three months of theory at university followed by three months of practical experience at the company. Spending almost the same amount of time in both locations, you have the opportunity to deploy your theoretical knowledge in day-to-day work shortly after having learned it at university.
An integrated degree program can be undertaken in two different ways. In the work-integrated study model, you spend the practical phases at your partner company and obtain the regular Bachelor’s degree. In the training-integrated study course, you additionally undertake a degree in a recognised training occupation after two years.
Both models provide a common benefit: as a student on an integrated degree program, the work experience you acquire during your studies ensures a better preparation for your future working life. During your time at the company, you play an active role in day-to-day business from the very start and take on specific responsibilities.
