Therefore, we are currently looking for a IT Security Specialist (m/f/x) for our head office in Haren (Ems) to further develop and expand our IT department and the 5-person IT Security Team. Your responsibilities
- Main contact person for all information security issues in the company
- Development, implementation and management of an information security management system (ISMS) in accordance with international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001
- Carrying out risk analyses and assessments to identify security risks and developing measures to minimise them
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and guidelines on information security
- Training and sensitising employees with regard to information security
- Monitoring and continuous improvement of the ISMS
Your skills
- Degree in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in the areas of IT security and risk management
- Experience in the implementation and operation of an ISMS, ideally with ISO/IEC 27001 certification
- Certifications in the area of IT security (such as CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way
- Initiative, a sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
