We continue to grow! We are therefore looking for a Process Optimiser (m/f/x) for our site at Eurohafen in Haren/Hüntel (Hünteler Str. 30). Here, the required container frames are produced automatically with the help of robot technology and the industrial series production of our mobile space solutions in container construction is driven forward.

Your tasks
- Evaluation, analysis and modelling of processes and systems in order to identify and implement potential for optimisation
- Controlling production data and initiating corrective measures for series products
- Cross-departmental further development of lean production
- Series support and further development of existing production and assembly processes
- Further development and establishment of shop floor management in our work systems
- Creation of layouts and value stream analyses using supporting software
- Support in the implementation of optimisations
Your skills
- Successfully completed training or studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or similar qualifications
- First professional experience in process optimisation
- Knowledge of lean management, MTM or REFA is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
