Your responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient in-house production through precise planning of capacities and material requirements
  • Coordinate the delivery and integration of third-party products into the production process
  • Standardize and optimize planning processes for machine stocking
  • Identify and solve problems, as well as rectify disruptions in the production flow.
  • Generate evaluations and reports on the efficiency of logistics and value creation processes
  • Actively participate in the optimization of product development and Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes
  • Support the Supply Chain Management (SCM) leadership in developing and implementing strategic themes and in establishing internal logistics processes

 

What you should bring along

  • Commercial training in the manufacturing industry or a degree in business administration; alternatively, a completed vocational training with further qualification, e.g., as a technician, is also suitable
  • Ideally, 1-3 years of experience in the areas of Supply Chain Management (SCM) or production control
  • Initial experience in SCM and production control is essential, as well as knowledge in process and project management - a basic technical understanding is assumed
  • Proficient use of MS Office is a must, knowledge of Business Central and MS Project is an advantage
  • Structured and independent way of working, combined with a hands-on mentality and an insatiable hunger for continuous improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work both strategically and goal-oriented
  • Confident and likable demeanor as well as strong leadership qualities are taken for granted
  • High team orientation and excellent communication skills are indispensable for this position
