We continue to grow! Therefore, we are currently looking for a IT Security Specialist (m/f/x) for our head office in Haren (Ems) to further develop and expand our IT department and the 5-person IT Security Team. You are a person with your own personal profile of qualifications, talents and desires. And we are not a company like any other. Your responsibilities

  • Independent design of sustainable and audit-proof non-financial reporting in accordance with CSRD and the EU Taxonomy Regulation, based on our materiality analysis and the resulting gap analyses
  • Development of a strategy and transformation framework including the derivation of specific measures, targets and KPIs
  • Strategic and operational planning for the integration of financial and non-financial reporting
  • Development of an effective reporting architecture for voluntary and mandatory disclosure of information, e.g. on the website, in the sustainability or financial report
  • Evaluating different options for further developing the qualitative and quantitative content of sustainability reporting as a source of inspiration for various departments
  • Responsibility for steering internal and external stakeholder management and coordinating external service providers

Your skills

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, finance or comparable fields of study
  • Extensive experience (3+ years) in financial and/or non-financial reporting and project management with leadership responsibility
  • Sound knowledge of sustainability reporting and sustainable transformation
  • Understanding of auditable data collection and qualitative data management
  • Sound knowledge of various sustainability aspects, such as environmental and climate management, corporate governance, social and employee issues and human rights
  • Strong affinity for the creation of new (reporting) structures and the development of special topics and pilot projects
  • Ability to coordinate internal and external project interfaces
  • Enjoy working in a fast-growing and innovative environment
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
