As an Industrial Engineer specializing in Civil Engineering (m/f/x), you play a pivotal role in our technical team. You are responsible for developing and implementing safety measures and coordinating construction projects that contribute directly to the advancement of our production facilities. Working closely with our Facility Management team and other departments, you actively shape the safety and construction strategies of our company.

Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety measures in collaboration with the technical and civil engineering teams, effectively integrating safety strategies into everyday operations
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects and expansions of our production facilities, considering fire safety and security regulations as well as technical building equipment aspects
- Coordinate and manage the construction permitting process, including all necessary documentation and coordination with authorities and project stakeholders
- Conduct risk analyses, create safety documentation, and ensure compliance with technical standards and legal requirements
- Organize training sessions for the project team and employees, specifically focusing on safety, fire protection, and technical building equipment
- Actively collaborate with department heads and safety teams to integrate safety strategies into daily operations
What you should bring along
- A successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, Technical Management, related engineering disciplines, or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in planning and implementing construction projects, preferably in the area of production facilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction permitting processes and expertise in technical building equipment, fire protection, and safety management are advantageous
- Proficiency in English is required
- Exceptional organizational skills for effectively leading complex projects
- Strong communication skills and excellent team-oriented capabilities
- Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking to proactively address challenges
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
