Account Manager Wales & Cardiff Region (m/f/x)

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Account Manager (m/f/x) to join our team in Cardiff, responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships within the Wales region. This role involves managing existing accounts, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of our modular solutions aligns with their expectations.

 

In this role, your day will look something like this

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from enquiry through to project completion
  • Provide technical advice and support, including conducting price negotiations
  • Develop and implement account management strategies tailored to the regional market
  • Regularly engage in active market and competition analysis to adjust strategies as needed
  • Participate in public and private procurement processes to secure new business opportunities
  • Attend and represent ELA Container at company events and networking opportunities

Your skill set, capabilities and previous experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; additional training in construction or related sectors is beneficial
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably within the industrial, construction, or modular sectors
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a high degree of customer orientation
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of maintaining and expanding customer relationships
  • Independent worker with strong networking and social skills, and a technical affinity
