Our family-run company based in Haren (Ems), Germany, is growing at a fast pace and we are actively looking for qualified and dedicated team players to join us locally, internationally and beyond.

 

As we would like to expand our accounting team (responsible for the entire ELA group), we are looking for new colleagues (m/f/x) for the accounts payable. You are a person with your own personal profile of qualifications, talents and desires. And we are not a company like any other. Your responsibilities

  • Account assignment and posting of incoming invoices
  • Preparation of payment transactions
  • Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of discrepancies regarding incoming invoices
  • Invoice verification
  • Sorting and scanning of incoming invoices
  • Master data maintenance
  • Support in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting

Your skills

  • Successfully completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk, office clerk (m/f/x) or training as a tax clerk (m/f/x)
  • Alternatively, a degree in economics with a focus on finance, taxation or auditing
  • Several years of professional experience in receivables management would be ideal, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or SAP desirable
  • Confident handling of Microsoft 365
  • Good written and spoken English
