We are currently looking for a Head of Software Development (m/f/x). You‘re a person with your individual profile, qualifications, talents and wishes. But we are not like any other company. Your responsibilities
- Advisory support in development projects and contact person for the development team and project management
- Disciplinary management of the individual development, Navision development and testing teams
- Control of technical interfaces of the specialist teams as well as targeted personnel development
- Active further development of software development processes
- Control of requirements of the specialist departments and planning of these requirements
- Resource planning and control with a view to the requirements pipeline
- Observation of market trends, evaluation and implementation of these trends
Your skills
- Successfully completed degree in computer science, comparable professional training in the field of software development or comparable qualifications
- Leadership experience in software development is required
- Knowledge and experience with agile development methods
- Knowledge of the various facets of software development, testing and interest in market trends
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
