Your responsibilities
- Planning, implementation and follow-up of events and conferences both internally and externally
- Budgeting and coordination of contracts as well as calculation and cost control of events
- Management of external suppliers such as catering or audio and video technology
- Writing invitations and registration websites
- Development of event concepts
- Planning of container promo booths
- Planning of sponsor booths (e.g. festivals)
- Support for marketing measures and press work around an event
- Development of a sponsoring concept
- Participant and feedback management
- Communication with external service providers
Your skills
- Successfully completed studies or training in the fields of event management, leisure and tourism management, event management, MAsketinnen or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in event management or in the organization of large events
- Experience in the use of digital event management systems
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Experience in managing service stars and agencies
- High degree of initiative
- High willingness to travel
- Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
