Your responsibilities

• Administration and organisation of document management to ensure a complete overview of the project documentation
• Structured organisation of all project-relevant documents, including related correspondence, in a systematic filing or archiving system.
• Reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
• Creation of templates
• Management of the documentation flow within the company
• Creation of ad-hoc project reports

Your skills

• Successfully completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on project management , further training as a technical writer or comparable qualification
  Experience in project coordination and document management
• Practical experience with MS Office and MS Excel
• Knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS) desirable
• Planning and organisational skills as well as good communication skills
• Data organisation skills
• Attention to detail
