Therefore, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager West (m/f/d) who will be responsible for the management, support and further development of the sales team in the West region (postcode areas 32-37, 40-47, 50-54 and 56-59) and will also deal with strategic issues. You are a person with your own personal profile of qualifications, talents and desires. And we are not a company like any other. Your responsibilities

  • Management of the sales team in Western Germany (7 office and 6 field sales manager) as well as support in the acquisition of projects and customers
  • Strategic and sustainable expansion of the business in this region
  • Full responsibility for turnover and results in the West German market
  • Development and promotion of long-term, trusting and sustainable customer relationships
  • Supporting the regionally active field staff in price and contract negotiations with customers
  • Cooperation and coordination with other ELA departments

Your skills

  • Successfully completed business or technical studies (Bachelor's/Master's), e.g. in the field of (industrial) engineering, sales, marketing or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a key account manager, sales manager or comparable, preferably in the modular construction sector, preferably with management responsibility
  • Distinct technical competence and very good negotiating skills
  • High willingness to travel
  • Resident in the distribution area or bordering the area to the north
  • Business fluent in English
  • Ideally knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision
