Your tasks
- Project management of internal construction projects
- Planning of construction projects
- Management and administration of service specifications
- Calculation of costs
- Communication between all project participants
- Supervision of the construction work
- Regular quality controls on site
Your skills
- Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, civil engineer with project experience or a comparable qualification
- Valid building permit authorisation desirable
- Initial professional experience in the field of structural steel engineering or site development as a project manager desirable
- Knowledge in the areas of fire protection and structural thermal insulation
- Experience in using the structural analysis software SCIA Engineering and Autodesk Inventor desirable
- High willingness to travel
- Independent and solution-orientated way of working
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Residence in Emsland or neighbouring region mandatory
